Public archive
This site is the central public-interest portal for litigation by Jacob Hartmann, in any jurisdiction. It is meant to remain available indefinitely.
Why this archive exists
Court records are already public. In the United States, PACER (Public Access to Court Electronic Records) is the federal docket. In Europe there is no single equivalent; the European e-Justice Portal and the national electronic court-record systems behind it serve a similar role. Those systems are readily available. They still often charge for access or copies, and they can be difficult for an everyday reader to search, download, and keep.
This archive exists so that public filings, Hartmann statements, and labeled commentary can be read in one place, without a paid research account, and remain available for the long term. Hosted copies are for convenience. The official record of any filed case is the court, not this website.

How to use this site
Select a matter above. Each case section includes:
- Overview — caption, parties, court, and timeline for the matter.
- Documents — public court filings and orders, once available.
- Press — statements issued by Hartmann.
- Notes — labeled commentary. Not the court record.
What this site is not
This site is not a law firm. It does not provide legal advice. Nothing here is a substitute for the official court file. Defendants are named only as they appear in each matter’s caption.
